Job summary

Glanua is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Engineer to support one or more projects in the water/wastewater sector in Ireland. The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience and a Level 7 Honours Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical or Environmental Engineering.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to engage with suppliers and subcontractors during procurement and contract delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Level 7 Honours Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Chemical/Environmental Engineering.
• Interest in developing a career in an industry-leading organisation.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team delivering one or more projects at any given time.
• Ensure Health, Safety, Environmental & Sustainability standards on-site.
• SCADA monitoring, checks and reporting observed issues to the O&M Technicians & Project Manager.
• Maintenance of project SharePoint O&M Site and related folders; assist with procurement and audits.
