Job summary

Turner & Townsend, based in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a Project Manager with Water/Utilities experience to drive infrastructure projects. The role emphasizes NEC contract knowledge, strong planning, and effective stakeholder engagement across delivery teams.

The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary teams, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, and contribute to end-to-end project execution from design through handover.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant third level qualification preferably in Engineering or related project management discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing large infrastructure projects and teams.
• Chartered/qualified with APM, ICE, RICS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Understand NEC objectives and contract particulars and align projects accordingly.
• Lead planning and management of project teams to deliver on time and on budget.
• Administer NEC PSC and/or ECC contracts and manage key stakeholders.
• Provide cost/time estimates and advise on procurement and contract strategies.
• Ensure design, development, construction, commissioning and handover integrations.
• Report project performance using controls tools and manage procurement risks.
