Qualifications

• Accreditation as an NEC Project Manager is required.
• A degree, higher diploma or equivalent in engineering, construction, project management or a related technical discipline is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead NEC contract administration for the Greater Dublin Drainage programme.
• Act as principal client representative for NEC administration and contract decision-making.
• Manage day-to-day contractor interface across submissions, correspondence, payment, and change control.
