Job summary

Uisce Éireann, Ireland's water utility, is seeking a Scheduling and Dispatch professional to manage end-to-end work orders from planning to field dispatch. You will coordinate resources, update schedules, and resolve resourcing issues to ensure reliable service delivery.

The role requires at least 2 years in scheduling/dispatch, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Maximo and related tools. A combined operations environment with engineers and field crews offers varied daily challenges.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years relevant experience in scheduling/dispatch is required.
• Experience in the water/ utilities sector is desirable.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities are essential.
• Familiarity with Maximo and scheduling tools is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end schedule to dispatch process for work orders from Maximo into the scheduling system.
• Handle exceptions and manually adjust schedules as needed.
• Allocate work to resources and reorganise schedules when required.
• Maintain resource availability in scheduling tools and ensure efficient dispatch.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to update schedules and resolve resourcing issues.
• Monitor ongoing field works and respond to dispatch queries from the field.
• Provide root cause analysis to improve scheduling and planning processes.
