Uisce Éireann is seeking a Scheduling & Dispatch professional to manage the end-to-end scheduling of work orders from planning to field dispatch. You will coordinate resources, monitor field progress, and adjust plans to meet priorities and constraints.

The role requires strong Maximo knowledge, familiarity with Click Scheduler and Excel, and a proactive approach to resolving scheduling challenges with internal teams.

Competenze

• Relevant third level qualification is desirable.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in work management or dispatch.
• Experience with scheduling and dispatch in utilities or similar industries is desirable.

• Manage end-to-end schedule to dispatch process for work orders.
• Oversee exceptions not auto-planned by scheduling tool and adjust plans.
• Allocate work to resources and update crew availability in systems.
