Qualifications

Craft in apprenticeship such as Mechanical Automation and Maintenance Fitting is desirable.
Full clean driving licence is required.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the performance of a team of network operatives.
Ensure data capture on issues contributing to operational plans.
Manage and replace failed assets to maintain customer service.
Develop team members through coaching and training.
Monitor and report KPIs relevant to the role.
