This full-time, on-site role focuses on warranty handling, claims submission, and documentation control. The successful candidate will work within a process-driven environment, leveraging DMS systems and MS Office to support service operations and warranty audits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Warranty Administrator in the motor industry essential.
• Excellent customer service skills, professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• Desire and attitude to succeed with the drive to continually exceed targets.
• Knowledge of DMS systems and a good technical understanding of vehicles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate the service warranty procedures per the manufacturer’s warranty manual.
• Build and submit all warranty claims to the manufacturer within guidelines.
• Monitor claim progress using manufacturer systems regularly.
• Invoice warranty jobs using the manufacturer’s standard repair times.
• Set up and maintain filing system for job cards and claims acknowledgements.
• Retain documents in line with manufacturer guidelines.
• Support warranty audits as scheduled.
• Promote best practices across the division by reviewing warranty bulletins.

Bright Motor Group is currently recruiting a Warranty Administrator at our Navan Road dealership. Role responsibilities

• To maintain and operate the service warranty procedures in line with policies, working within the guidelines of the warranty manual provided by the manufacturer.
• To build \& submit all warranty claims to the manufacturer within the guidelines.
• Monitor claim progress accessing manufacturer systems at least on a regular basis.
• To invoice all warranty jobs using the manufacturer’s standard repair operation times.
• To set up and maintain an adequate filing system for job cards, credit summaries, claim submission acknowledgements.
• To retain documents in line with the manufacturers guidelines.
• Support dealership warranty audits in line with the agreed timetable.
• Regularly check manufacturer warranty bulletins for any new developments and promote best practices across the division.
