eir Ireland in Cork is seeking a Call Centre Sales Agent to join its onsite contact centre. You will handle inbound sales inquiries and support outbound campaigns, helping customers find broadband, mobile, and communications solutions while delivering strong sales results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year sales experience in a contact centre or similar environment.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound customer enquiries and participate in outbound sales when required.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Complete new sales, recontract existing customers, and retain customers where appropriate.
• Build trust and strong customer relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales, retention, and quality KPIs.
• Support business growth through upselling, cross-selling, and lead generation.
