Job summary

DFDS is seeking a Warehouse Voice Picker to join our Ireland operations. Working Monday to Friday across 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00, you will pick orders accurately, offload inbound deliveries, and help keep the warehouse safe and organized while supporting a fast-paced team.

You will need prior warehouse and picking experience and a valid PPT licence. A positive, team-focused attitude and good communication are essential as you contribute to smooth operational flow and continuous improvement.

About the role

Working Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00, you’ll support the smooth running of warehouse operations by picking products accurately and offloading inbound deliveries.

You will be responsible for:

• Picking orders accurately and efficiently
• Offloading inbound goods and preparing them for storage
• Operating a PPT safely when required
• Keeping the warehouse organised, clean, and safe
• Supporting general warehouse duties as needed
• Working closely with your team to maintain strong operational flow

About you

You’ll have previous warehouse and picking experience, along with a valid PPT licence. You’ll be a team player with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to get stuck in. Someone who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency will excel here.
