Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd in Limerick is recruiting a Site Manager to join a growing main contractor on a warehouse project. The role oversees day-to-day site operations and ensures safety, quality and programme performance inline with BCAR standards.

You will coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and materials, lead the site team to completion, and liaise with the Project Manager, client and design team. A valid Safe Pass and driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
• Knowledge of health & safety, BCAR and site quality requirements.
• CSCS/SMSTS or equivalent certification.
• Valid Safe Pass where applicable.
• Full driving licence and reliable leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site operations day to day
• Plan and coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and materials
• Drive health & safety, quality and programme performance on site
• Hold site meetings and liaise with the Project Manager, client and design team
• Manage QA documentation and BCAR records
• Lead the site team through to completion and handover
