3D Personnel Ltd in Douglas, Cork, is seeking a Site Manager to lead a primary care centre project for a leading Irish main contractor. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations and coordinating subcontractors to keep the programme on track.

You will drive health and safety, QA/BCAR compliance, and liaise with the Project Manager and client. You will lead the site team through to completion and handover, with completion targeted for July 2027. Salary is €80,000 - €95,000 per year.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, health & safety and BCAR.
• Valid Safe Pass, CSCS / SMSTS or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Full driving licence.

Mansioni

• Manage all site operations day to day.
• Plan and coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and materials.
• Drive health & safety, quality and programme performance on site.
• Hold site meetings and liaise with the Project Manager, client and design team.
