Protea Recruitment Ltd is working with a West Cork food manufacturer to recruit a Warehouse Coordinator for its newly built facility in Bantry. The role covers frozen cold store (-18°C) and ambient packaging, with emphasis on stock accuracy and efficient material movements.

You will maintain inventory records, run regular stock counts, support production and dispatch, and uphold HACCP, food safety and health & safety standards in everyday warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and stock control.
• Forklift licence required.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Ability to work independently with strong organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of frozen cold store (-18°C) and ambient packaging warehouse.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Coordinate receipt, storage and movement of materials to production and dispatch.
• Monitor temperatures and ensure proper storage conditions and hygiene.
