As a Warehouse & Coldstore Operations Manager, you'll report directly to the General Manager, overseeing daily operations. Your responsibilities include team motivation, task delegation, and maintaining high standards to meet customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team.
• Conduct performance reviews, manage attendance, and address disciplinary issues.

• Assume full responsibility for day-to-day warehouse operations.
