Job summary

DSV – a global transport and logistics leader – seeks a Warehouse Planner in Dublin to prioritise safety, quality and performance targets while working independently and with the team. You will manage warehouse tasks, inventory control and customer requirements in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires forklift operation proficiency, adherence to SOPs, and a proven ability to hit pick-rate targets. Mon–Fri 15:00–23:00, Ballycoolin; great team and benefits await.

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously within a warehouse setting.
• Proficient in the operation of forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Physical fitness is essential for packing and loading responsibilities.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving targets and pick rates.

Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to good safety practices, with a primary focus on Health and Safety during all tasks.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions meticulously.
• Collaborate closely with internal customers to meet business requirements efficiently.
• Execute all warehouse tasks with efficiency, maintaining product, inventory, and process integrity per SOPs.
• Sustain an output level consistent with other team members (units per hour).
• Monitor inventory for errors and promptly report them to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Stay informed about weekly cycle counting and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure all orders are received, picked, inspected, and delivered in line with customer requirements.

Hours: Mon – Fri 15:00- 23:00

What Will You Be Doing?
