Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work at a fast pace with high attention to detail.
• Willing to work overtime including weekends and alternate shifts.
• Ability to learn and operate specialized equipment.
• Ability to adapt to change.
• Good English language communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Comply with SOPs and work instructions.
• Meet KPIs for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with peers and internal customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Log and escalate potential safety or quality issues.
• Participate in root-cause and corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory by labeling and stocking materials.
• Locate materials by pulling and verifying against production orders.
• Load and unload deliveries and verify against purchase orders.
• Assist in pulling correct products for orders.
• Move stock using forklifts between locations.
