Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Digital Capability & Data Integrity Lead to drive site-wide digital transformation and ensure robust, compliant Data Integrity across GxP operations.

The role partners with Quality, Operations, IT/OT, Engineering, and Corporate Digital teams to design, deploy, and sustain digital solutions that enhance compliance, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in pharma/biotech/medical device industries with DI and GxP know-how.
• Hands-on experience with GxP computerized systems and data integrity.
• Experience implementing digital solutions (MES, LIMS, ERP, eQMS, historian).
• Knowledge of regulatory expectations for data integrity and CSV requirements.
• Change management and capability-building experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the site digital strategy aligned with corporate roadmaps.
• Drive adoption of digital solutions such as electronic batch records (EBR), LIMS enhancements, MES, QMS digital workflows, IoT sensors, data analytics platforms, and automation tools.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual operations, improve data reliability, and increase operational efficiency through digitalization.
• Lead local digital projects from concept through validation and change control.
• Ensure digital solutions meet GxP, cybersecurity, and CSV (Computerized System Validation) requirements.

Position Summary

The Digital Capability & Data Integrity Lead is responsible for driving the site-wide digital transformation agenda while ensuring robust, compliant Data Integrity (DI) practices across all GxP operations. This role acts as the strategic point of contact for digital systems, electronic records governance, DI risk mitigation, and capability building.

The incumbent partners closely with Quality, Operations, IT/OT, Engineering, and Corporate Digital teams to design, deploy, and sustain digital solutions that enhance compliance, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

Digital Capability & Transformation

• Partner with site leadership to define and implement the site’s digital strategy aligned with corporate digital roadmaps.
• Drive adoption of digital solutions such as electronic batch records (EBR), LIMS enhancements, MES, QMS digital workflows, IoT sensors, data analytics platforms, and automation tools.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual operations, improve data reliability, and increase operational efficiency through digitalization.
• Lead local digital projects from concept through validation and change control.
• Ensure digital solutions meet GxP, cybersecurity, and CSV (Computerized System Validation) requirements

Experience

• Preferred Education: Third Level qualification in relevant discipline.
• 5–10+ years experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device industry, including:
  • Quality, Validation, IT/OT, or Manufacturing Systems experience
  • Hands‑on involvement with GxP computerized systems
  • Strong understanding of regulatory expectations for Data Integrity
• Experience implementing or supporting digital solutions (MES, LIMS, ERP, eQMS, historian, automated controls, etc.) strongly preferred.
• Experience in change management and capability building is an advantage.
