Job summary

Chanelle Pharma is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join a busy team. You will be responsible for picking and packing orders, ensuring batch accuracy, and supporting Goods In/Returns processes to meet customer demand.

Ideal candidates have GMP warehouse experience and familiarity with EU GMP/US FDA guidelines. Proficiency in Word/Excel and basic IT skills are advantageous; forklift licenses are a plus but not required. A collaborative, detail-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• GMP warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of EU GMP and US FDA guidelines is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel is an advantage.
• Forklift and turret truck licenses are a plus but not essential.
• Experience using warehouse management systems or basic computer proficiency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing of products and orders with batch accuracy.
• Participate in cycle counts and follow up on discrepancies.
• Assist in other areas: RC, Goods In, Returns as time allows.
• Liaise with internal departments.
• Monitor temperature anomalies.
• Keep housekeeping and hygiene: clean as you go.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and PPE.
• Carry out other admin duties as required.
• Pack products/orders to prevent transit damage and maximize efficiency.

Job description

This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within the warehouse function. We are looking for individuals who will support and drive Chanelle Pharma’s vision to be the most valued provider of high quality, competitively priced pharmaceutical & Veterinary products and to provide excellent services and support to our customers. A member of a busy Warehouse Team who provide an excellent Service to our Customers both Internal and External. All activities are carried out to documented Sop’s & work instructions which satisfy regulatory requirements. In this role you will report to the Warehouse Manager.

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for picking & packing of products and orders ensuring pick & batch accuracy.
• Partake in Cycle counts as they occur and assist count discrepancies follow up.
• Assist in other areas of CV as time allows. RC / Goods In / Returns
• Liaising with other internal departments.
• Temperature Monitoring Anomalies
• All warehouse personnel are responsible for housekeeping. (clean as you go)
• Responsibility for adhering to health and safety guidelines & PPE
• Other Administration duties as required.
• Responsible for Packing products / orders accurately and in a manner to ensure no damaged can occur in transit to customers.
• Be available to work on if required to assist getting as many orders as possible out to customers.

Education & Experience:

• Previous experience working in a GMP warehouse environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of EU GMP and US FDA guidelines is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using computers, including Word and Excel is an advantage.
• Forklift and turret truck licenses are a plus but not essential.
• Experience using warehouse management systems or basic computer proficiency desirable.
