Job summary

Uniphar Medtech is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative in Dublin Finglas to support receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of medical devices and healthcare products. You will follow GDP requirements and health & safety guidelines while contributing to efficient warehouse operations.

The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with potential handling of health-care products and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Ability to follow GDP, quality and safety standards.
  • Experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
  • Experience in healthcare or medical devices is desirable.
  • Forklift certification advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders to agreed service levels.
  • Receive inbound deliveries and verify stock against delivery documentation.
  • Put away stock in designated warehouse locations using approved procedures.
  • Process stock movements using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
  • Conduct cycle counts and stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Support loading and unloading of vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure products are stored and handled in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and warehouse organisation.
  • Follow all Health & Safety, Quality, GDP, and company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with returns processing, repacking, and other warehouse activities as required.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency and performance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational and customer service objectives.

Warehouse Operative Location: Uniphar Medtech, Dublin Finglas D11 WY11 Reporting To: Warehouse Team Leader / Warehouse Manager Contract Type: Permanent Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our growing warehouse team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of medical devices and healthcare products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and safety.

Purpose of the Role

To support the day-to-day warehouse operation by ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods while complying with company procedures, GDP requirements, quality standards, and Health & Safety regulations.

  • Manual handling certification.
  • Experience within a healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or GDP-regulated environment.
  • Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).
