Job summary

Uniphar Medtech in Dublin is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support day-to-day warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods in line with GDP and regulatory standards.

You will be responsible for stock checks, put-away, and using handheld scanners and WMS systems, while maintaining high safety and housekeeping standards and collaborating with colleagues to meet customer service goals.

• Desirable: Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders to agreed service levels.
• Receive inbound deliveries and verify stock against delivery documentation.
• Put away stock in designated warehouse locations using approved procedures.
• Process stock movements using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Conduct cycle counts and stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support loading and unloading of vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure products are stored and handled in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and warehouse organisation.
• Follow all Health & Safety, Quality, GDP, and company policies and procedures.
• Assist with returns processing, repacking, and other warehouse activities as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse efficiency and performance.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational and customer service objectives.

Purpose of the Role

To support the day-to-day warehouse operation by ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods while complying with company procedures, GDP requirements, quality standards, and Health & Safety regulations.
