Job summary

Uniphar Medtech in Dublin is seeking a Warehouse Operative on a fixed-term 6-month contract. The role focuses on accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of products in a compliant, safe environment.

You will operate scanning systems, assist with loading/unloading, maintain cleanliness and adhere to Health & Safety and quality procedures. The position is full-time, 9am to 5:30pm, on-site in Dublin.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
  • Receive and check incoming deliveries against documentation.
  • Store stock in designated locations.
  • Perform inventory counts and stock control activities.
  • Operate warehouse scanning equipment to record stock movements.
  • Assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety, Quality, GDP, and company procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations.
  • Assist colleagues to ensure customer service levels are achieved.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Warehouse Operative (Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months)

Location: Uniphar Medtech, Dublin

Reporting To: Warehouse Team Leader / Warehouse Manager

Contract Type: Fixed Term (6 Months)

Hours: Full-Time (9am-5.30pm)

Purpose of the Role

To support the efficient operation of the warehouse through the accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products while maintaining compliance with quality standards, company procedures, and health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
  • Receive and check incoming deliveries against delivery documentation.
  • Put away stock in designated storage locations.
  • Perform inventory counts and stock control activities as required.
  • Ensure all products are handled and stored in accordance with company procedures.
  • Operate warehouse scanning equipment and systems to record stock movements.
  • Assist with loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety, Quality, GDP, and company procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
  • Assist colleagues and other departments to ensure customer service levels are achieved.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Previous warehouse experience.
