Job summary

SWARCO AG in Dublin is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee material sourcing, stock control, and dispatch operations. The role focuses on maximizing equipment availability, calibration, and repair processes while maintaining accurate documentation and system updates.

You will manage stock levels, ensure calibration per policy, and uphold COSHH and health and safety standards in a Zero‑Harm environment. Excellent organisational skills and a customer‑focused approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience using stock control software or systems.
• Full and clean driver’s licence; forklift licence essential.
• Organised, trustworthy with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Able to work flexible hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, internal movement, and dispatch of materials with documentation and system updates.
• Maintain stock levels with minimum and maximum holdings.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and calibrated per manufacturer instructions or SWARCO policy.
• Adhere to COSHH and Health & Safety guidelines within Zero‑Harm environment.
• Provide materials supply and availability reporting to the service centre with coordination and quality focus.
• Comply with Quality, Environmental, Security and Health & Safety requirements including ISO standards.
