Job summary

Capital Switchgear Limited in Rathcoole, Co Dublin, seeks a Stores Assistant to manage Goods-In, stock control, and day-to-day Stores operations for production. You will ensure materials are correctly received, identified, recorded, and available for use, with strong attention to detail and safe working practices.

You will use SAP Business One, perform cycle counts, and support production material requests while collaborating with procurement and production teams to maintain a clean, efficient

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a Stores / Warehouse in a manufacturing environment.
• Current Forklift licence (Counter balance).
• Experience using SAP Business One.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Eligible to work in Ireland with current work permit if needed.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials and check against POs.
• Identify and report damaged or missing materials.
• Process Goods-In accurately through SAP Business One.
• Maintain accurate stock records and perform stock takes.
• Support Production by locating and issuing materials.
• Operate forklifts and keep Stores environment organised.
• Communicate stock discrepancies promptly.
• Provide cover for Materials Controller when required.
