Job summary

SWARCO ITS is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Dublin to oversee receipt, movement, and dispatch of materials. You will manage stock levels, ensure calibration and handling of equipment, and support the service centre with quality and commercial awareness.

You will operate within a Zero-Harm environment, following COSHH and Health & Safety guidelines while maintaining ISO standards and site instructions. Flexibility in hours is required along with a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in stores/stock control using a stock control system or software.
• GCSE English, Maths and Sciences are required.
• Full and clean driving licence; forklift licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, internal movement and dispatch of materials in the warehouse with accurate documentation.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure system updates.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and calibrated per policy.
• Adhere to COSHH, health and safety guidelines and Zero-Harm environment.
• Provide materials supply and availability reporting to the service centre.
• Comply with ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001/ISO27001 and local site instructions.

Warehouse Manager – Dublin

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager in Dublin to manage the receipt, internal movement, and dispatch of materials, maintain stock levels, ensure equipment calibration and handling, and support the services centre with quality and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, internal movement, and dispatch of materials within the warehouse, ensuring accurate documentation and system updates.
• Maintain relevant stock levels of all associated equipment, adhering to any minimum or maximum holding expectations.
• Ensure that all equipment is maintained and calibrated in accordance with manufacturer’s instruction or SWARCO policy.
• Execute all duties within the wider Zero-Harm environment, taking into consideration any COSHH and Health and Safety guidelines.
• Provide a first-class materials supply and availability reporting service to the service centre, coordinating quality and commercial awareness.
• Work in accordance with Quality, Environmental, Security and Health & Safety requirements, including ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO27001 and local working instructions/site inductions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous stores/stock control experience using a stock control system/software.
• GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English, Maths & Sciences.
• Full and Clean Driver’s Licence – and Forklift Licence is essential.
• An organised and trustworthy person with a customer focused attitude.
• Able to work flexible hours when required.
