Job summary

Barclays Europe Technology is seeking a Technology Risk and Control Manager to strengthen our control environment and support regulatory and resilience priorities across the organisation. You will drive risk management, oversight and regulatory engagement in a complex technology landscape, partnering with senior stakeholders to identify, assess and remediate technology risks.

The role is based in Dublin with responsibilities spanning control assessments, documentation and escalation to drive

Qualifications

• Ample experience in technology risk and controls, including design and enhancement of control frameworks.
• Experience coordinating regulatory, internal and external audit engagements.
• Experience evaluating control effectiveness and driving remediation in large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Assess the integrity and effectiveness of internal control framework to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document controls, procedures and findings.
• Identify weaknesses and drive remediation aligned to the control framework.
• Develop reports to communicate findings to control owners and senior management.
• Conduct reviews to assess effectiveness against policies, regulations and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to Barclays Controls Framework and methodologies.
