Job summary

The position involves leading risk oversight, governance and regulatory engagement, with accountability for risk appetite, reporting to senior management and governance committees, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in technology, cyber, data risk, and resilience.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, governance and regulatory expectations.
• Experience engaging with regulators, auditors and senior executives.
• Ability to produce high-quality executive, Board and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide risk oversight and independent challenge across technology, cyber, and third-party risk.
• Lead governance, reporting and written communications to senior stakeholders.
• Engage regulators on 2LOD technology, cyber, resilience and third-party risk matters.
• Influence across business, technology and control functions through data-driven insight.
• Lead and mentor risk professionals with accountability for complex initiatives.
