Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in security architecture, product security, app security or security engineering with secure-SDLC and threat modelling.
• Proven people management experience leading security professionals.
• Ability to lead complex reviews and influence senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead the Security Architecture team, coaching, performance management and career development.
• Own day-to-day practice operations: intake, prioritization, workload, quality and escalations.
• Drive complex security architecture reviews and threat modelling across products and cloud services.
• Provide security positions on identity, authentication, authorization, data protection and cryptography.
• Partner with DevSecOps and platform teams to create reusable controls and automation.
• Represent architecture in governance forums and with senior leaders.
