SMBC Group is seeking an SDLC Process and Governance Specialist to join our Technology team in Tralee. The role focuses on strengthening software governance and delivery, driving SDLC standards, controls, and continuous improvement across a complex tech landscape.

You will work with Application Development, Architecture, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Risk Management and Project Delivery to enhance SDLC adoption, governance, and reporting, reporting to the Executive Director of Enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in SDLC, Technology Governance, PMO, Business Analysis, Application Development, DevOps or related technology discipline.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern software delivery practices.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps and DevSecOps principles.
• Experience supporting enterprise SDLC, DevSecOps or technology governance programmes, including governance, compliance, audit, risk or control activities.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to governance and continuous improvement of the enterprise SDLC framework.
• Maintain SDLC processes, procedures, standards, guidance and documentation.
• Coordinate SDLC compliance, audit, risk and control activities and governance requirements.
• Maintain SDLC reporting, dashboards, KPIs and management metrics for visibility of adoption and compliance.
• Coordinate collection and validation of process evidence and governance documentation.
• Drive SDLC adoption through stakeholder engagement, communications and training.
• Identify opportunities to standardise and automate SDLC processes and practices.
• Provide guidance to technology teams on SDLC processes, controls and governance requirements.
• Drive consistent SDLC process implementation and reporting across Jira, Confluence, GitHub and ServiceNow.
• Facilitate governance meetings, process reviews and workshops and track actions.
