Job summary

Uniphar Group in Ireland seeks a Head of HR Operations & Platforms to lead HR operations, systems and services across the group, delivering scalable, technology-enabled employee support. You will oversee HRIS, payroll interfaces and reporting, guiding a transition from Workday to SAP SuccessFactors while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience across HR Operations and HRIS.
• Experience centralising an HR Operations or Shared Services model.
• Experience leading HR technology implementations or optimisations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience establishing operational KPIs, service standards, controls and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Operations and HR Systems teams to deliver supported services.
• Define governance for HR platforms, data, releases and access controls.
• Drive the transition from Workday to SAP SuccessFactors with minimal disruption.
• Develop operational KPIs and service standards across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with HR Directors, Finance and IT to align strategy with delivery.
