Job summary

Capital City Bank in Dublin Main seeks a skilled Business Banker I–III to manage loan and deposit production for small to mid-size businesses.

You will develop client relationships, perform credit analyses, and collaborate with partners to cross-sell banking services while maintaining compliance. The role requires outside business development and a customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field from an accredited college required.
• Seasoned professional with minimum of 5-10 years experience in lending/operations within a commercial or savings bank.
• Experience with cash management products and business loan products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for loan and deposit production, fees, credit quality and referrals each incentive period.
• Call on clients, prospects and revenue opportunities with partners.
• Build and grow client portfolios that bring revenue to the Bank.
