• Strong domain expertise in Commercial Lending with knowledge of collateral management, credit, lending operations or related banking workflows.
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth, developing new business and expanding strategic client relationships.

Responsibilities

• New business development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with banks and other target clients.
• Sales strategy and execution: Partner with the General Manager to shape and deliver the business growth agenda with a strong emphasis on new sales.
• Client growth: Build trusted relationships with commercial lending bank clients and understand their business priorities and market pressures.
• Business leadership: Partner closely with the General Manager to align commercial, operational, product and client priorities that support growth.
