Job summary

EXL is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Retail & Energy and Utilities in Dublin to lead growth and strategic client engagements. You will drive revenue through Data, Digital and AI-led solutions, partnering with CXOs to shape large, transformative deals.

Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, build a high-value pipeline, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated offerings. A 15+ year track record in enterprise sales within Retail or Energy is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline.
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred from a reputable institution.

Responsibilities

Drive Data & AI-led growth strategies across strategic accounts.
Own new logo acquisition and close large, complex deals.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
Deliver account growth through upsell and cross-sell of Data & AI-led solutions.
Build trusted CXO relationships and influence strategic decisions.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams to design and deliver integrated solutions.
