Job summary

BNY Mellon’s Alternatives Transfer Agency team in Dublin seeks a Vice President to lead client delivery, drive scalable private markets operations, and embed AI into processes.

You will manage cross-border teams, partner with senior stakeholders, ensure risk controls, and deliver innovative client solutions while expanding the business in EMEA.

Bachelor’s degree and 5–8+ years in TA/fund admin, with 2–4+ years of leadership, are preferred; strong data and technology fluency are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (finance/accounting/business preferred).
• 5–8+ years TA/fund administration/investor services; Private Equity, Credit & Real Estate.
• 2–4+ years people leadership in operations.
• Strong TA platforms/workflow experience; SLAs/KPIs, controls, and audit readiness.
• Linking data, AI and service outcomes to drive client value.
• Process improvement and change/UAT delivery; tech/automation familiarity.
• Leadership and team development; inclusive culture.
• Clear communication; stakeholder coordination across AML/Tax/Client Service/Technology.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to key clients, building long-term relationships.
• Ensure high-quality, timely service delivery across client activities.
• Embed AI into workflows, delivering faster, more consistent and insight-led outcomes within a controlled governance framework.
• Anticipate evolving client needs and contribute to innovative solutions.
• Support client onboarding and transition activity, ensuring a smooth implementation process.
• Lead and develop geographically distributed teams.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Provide direction, coaching, and governance to deliver objectives.
