Job summary

Vodafone - Kelco Communications in Letterkenny is hiring a Retail Sales Adviser. You’ll greet customers, identify needs, and upsell Vodafone products while upholding store policies and boosting sales performance.

The full-time role (37.5 hrs/week) offers €14.45 per hour, uncapped commission and incentives. Weekend availability and a five-day rota are required to meet store targets and deliver great customer service.

09:30 - 18:00 Monday - Wednesday and Saturday
9:30 - 19:00 Thursday - Friday
12:00 - 18:00 Sunday

5 Days out of 7

Contract: 37.5hrs - Full Time

About the Role

As a Retail Sales Adviser in our bustling store, you'll be the face of Vodafone, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Vodafone products and services. You'll take the time to understand each customer's needs and confidently offer the best solutions. Additionally, you'll contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the store, while keeping track of sales performance and targets. Adherence to company policies and compliance with contracts is crucial. The store operates Monday to Saturday, so weekend availability is essential. Teamwork is key - support your colleagues because together, we can achieve great things!
