Job summary

Vodafone Westport is seeking a confident Retail Sales Adviser to greet customers, understand their needs and recommend Vodafone products and services. You'll drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities while contributing to store performance and customer service.

The role operates Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00, with 37.5 hours weekly and a pay rate of €14.45 per hour plus uncapped commission and incentives. On-target earnings are €40K, with discounts and benefits.

About the Role:

As a Retail Sales Adviser in our bustling store, you'll be the face of Vodafone, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Vodafone products and services. You'll take the time to understand each customer's needs and confidently offer the best solutions. Additionally, you'll contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the store, while keeping track of sales performance and targets. Adherence to company policies and compliance with contracts is crucial. The store operates Monday to Saturday, so weekend availability is essential.
