Job summary

COS is seeking a Visual Merchandiser for its Dublin store to shape an exceptional in-store customer journey with a strong commercial focus. You will translate seasonal trends into compelling visuals, style mannequins, and maintain brand-aligned presentation to boost engagement and sales.

With a keen eye for aesthetics and a willingness to lead by example, you will collaborate with the sales team, interpret data to guide direction, and uphold high standards across the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Ability to execute brand visual guidelines, including window displays and in-store presentation for commercial impact.
• Strong understanding of current fashion trends, silhouettes and seasonal styling.
• Experience using KPIs, sales data and customer feedback to inform visual merchandising decisions.
• Clear communication and active listening to understand colleagues and customers.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and customer requests.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Delivering an excellent customer experience through expert styling advice and a visually compelling store environment.
• Interpreting sales data and customer insights to inform the store’s visual direction.
• Designing and installing impactful window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity.
• Styling mannequins and creating outfit combinations to inspire purchases.
• Merchandising the shop floor in line with company guidelines for cohesion.
• Supporting the sales team in daily store operations and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• Setting and maintaining high visual merchandising standards and mentoring team members.
• Acting as a brand ambassador to ensure visual elements contribute to a memorable journey.
