Job summary

Excel Recruitment in Dublin City Centre is seeking an experienced Visual & Commercial Manager to own the visual execution across our flagship retail environment. This senior role offers autonomy to influence store standards, develop teams and bring campaigns, launches and product stories to life.

You will lead a large-scale team, plan and sign off all visual activity, including launches, campaigns and seasonal events, and collaborate with management to drive sales and commercial performance

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Visual Manager or Visual Merchandising leadership role.
• Strong fashion, home or lifestyle retail experience.
• Exceptional eye for detail and visual presentation.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Commercially aware with understanding of how visual standards influence sales.
• Confident planning projects and launches from concept through to execution.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of visual standards throughout the store.
• Plan and deliver all visual launches, campaigns and promotional events.
• Drive inspirational product presentation through styling, outfit building, mannequin presentation and window displays.
• Manage store layouts and fixture placement to maximise customer engagement and commercial performance.

We're looking for an experienced Visual & Commercial Manager to take ownership of the visual execution across a high-profile flagship retail environment. This is a senior leadership opportunity where you'll have the autonomy to influence store standards, develop talented teams and bring campaigns, launches and product stories to life. This job is based in Dublin City Centre.

You’ll lead and develop a team while working closely with wider management ensure the store consistently delivers an inspiring, commercially focused shopping experience. You’ll be responsible for planning, implementing and signing off all visual activity, including launches, campaigns and seasonal events.
