Job summary

Massimo Duti, part of Inditex, is seeking a Visual Merchandiser for our Ireland stores. You will bring collections to life in-store, balancing brand DNA, trend awareness and commercial performance to create an inspiring environment for customers.

Reporting to the General Manager and Deputy Manager, you will work with the store team to deliver premium presentation, on-brand displays, and a standout customer journey, including occasional early starts for deliveries and changes.

Qualifications

• Previous visual merchandising experience in fashion retail.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with KPIs.
• Comfortable using reports/tools to inform decisions and follow up performance.
• Strong understanding of Massimo Duti’s DNA and product, plus awareness of current market trends.

Responsibilities

• Using commercial and product data to spot opportunities and improve store results.
• Owning the store’s visual and commercial execution, ensuring displays feel elevated, current and customer-focused.
• Delivering VM in line with brand and company guidelines, adapting quickly while staying true to Massimo Duti standards.
• Leading with a high standard of customer service on the shop floor—supporting the team to deliver a premium customer experience that reflects the Massimo Duti brand.
• Being a positive ambassador for our sustainability initiatives in store.
• Keeping calm under pressure, staying organised, and prioritising brilliantly—especially during peak trading, deliveries and changeovers.
