Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience through styling advice and a visually compelling store environment.
• Interpret sales data and customer insights to inform the store's visual direction.
• Design and install impactful window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity.
• Style mannequins and create outfits to inspire purchasing decisions.
• Merchandise shop floor in line with brand guidelines for a cohesive presentation.
• Support the sales team and contribute to a seamless customer journey.
• Set and maintain high visual merchandising standards and mentor the team.
• Act as brand ambassador, ensuring visuals contribute to a memorable journey.
