Job summary

H&M in Limerick is seeking a Visual Merchandiser for a permanent full-time role based in-store. The position requires a 39-hour week with flexibility to work weekends, delivering inspiring displays and a consistent customer experience.

You will analyse sales performance, implement visual standards, and coach the store team to enhance product presentation and drive sales within the store environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse sales reports and act on insights to optimise selling.
• Creative, curious and proactive mindset to improve visual presentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling actions in line with store guidelines to enhance the customer experience and drive sales in your store.
• Analyse sales performance, ensure garment care and identify visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Management teams.
• Use trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team, and equip them to deliver a great customer experience.
