Job summary

COS in Dublin is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to shape an exceptional in-store journey. You will elevate the collection with a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong commercial mindset, aligning visuals with business goals and enhancing customer engagement and sales.

The role focuses on delivering compelling displays, mannequin styling, and cohesive shop-floor presentation while collaborating with the store team to uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience through styling advice, product knowledge and a compelling store environment.
• Interpreting sales data and customer insights to inform visual direction.
• Designing and installing window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity.
• Styling mannequins and assembling outfits to inspire purchasing decisions.
• Merchandising the shop floor per company guidelines for cohesive presentation.
• Supporting the sales team in daily store operations and customer experience.
• Setting and maintaining high visual merchandising standards, training and mentoring team members.
• Acting as a brand ambassador to ensure visual elements contribute to a memorable journey.
