COS is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Dublin to shape an exceptional in-store customer journey, elevating the collection with a strong commercial mindset. You will create visually compelling displays, style outfits, and ensure alignment with brand identity while supporting daily store operations to drive engagement and sales performance.

The role requires familiarity with brand guidelines, seasonal trends, and effective communication to mentor team members and uphold high visual standards

Qualifications

• Experience elevating in-store experiences through strong visual storytelling and customer service.
• Skilled in applying brand visual guidelines, window displays, and mannequin styling.
• Strong understanding of current fashion trends and seasonal styling.
• Ability to use KPIs and sales data to inform visual merchandising decisions and store performance.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experience with styling advice and a compelling store environment.
• Interpreting sales data and customer insights to guide visual direction.
• Designing and installing impactful window displays reflecting seasonal trends and brand identity.
• Style mannequins and create outfits to inspire customer purchases.
• Merchandising the shop floor per company guidelines for a cohesive presentation.
• Support the sales team in daily store operations and customer journey.
• Set high visual standards and mentor team members to ensure consistency.
• Act as a brand ambassador contributing to a memorable customer journey.
