Qualifications

• 10+ years in Industrial Design with a portfolio of consumer hardware
• Hands-on sketching, visualization and physical prototyping
• Expert-level CAD and surface modeling (Class-A)
• Experience with materials, colours and finishes; DFM knowledge
• Ability to integrate AI tools into ideation workflows
• Strong storytelling and stakeholder presentation skills
• Proactive, collaborative, and capable of leading others

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of future-forward mouse experiences
• Shape long-term direction of the Mouse Design Team with senior leadership
• Manage design processes from brief to production
• Mentor designers and foster craftsmanship
• Collaborate with engineering, product marketing and stakeholders
