Lakeside Vets is seeking a professional, friendly Receptionist to join our busy veterinary practice in Loughrea on a full-time, permanent basis. As the first point of contact for clients and their pets, you’ll welcome visitors, manage appointments, process payments and support daily administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing reception role.
• Comfortable using computer systems and office software.
• Professional and friendly demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage appointments, payments and general admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage the reception area, ensuring a warm welcome.
• Coordinate daily appointments and client communications to keep the practice running smoothly.
• Process payments and assist with daily administrative tasks.
• Support stock and deliveries as needed and maintain an organised reception space.
• Contribute to a positive, calm environment for staff and clients.
