Responsibilities

• Provide commercial oversight for HR vendor contracts, including coordination of negotiations, renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Ensure commercial terms appropriately address financial, operational, regulatory, and data protection risk.
• Monitor vendor spend, contractual entitlements, and cost drivers.
