AIG Ireland is seeking a Contract Governance Lead Analyst to support governance and commercial management of strategic supplier contracts within Global Sourcing & Procurement Services. You will collaborate with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance, monitor performance, and manage commercial changes.

The role requires 3–5 years in contract management or related fields, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, vendor governance, supplier management, finance, or a related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Support administration of supplier contracts including MSAs, SOWs, amendments and change orders.
• Maintain contract documentation and governance records.
• Track contract milestones, renewals, pricing changes and obligations.
• Review supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance with terms.
• Prepare governance reports, dashboards and executive summaries.
