• Experience in banking organizations, specializing in risk/control management and programme delivery.
• Knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools desirable.

• Delivery-focused mindset with project/program management experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define group-wide control architecture including taxonomy and inventory.
• Maintain control inventory with quality measures.
• Oversee control inventory governance and reporting.
• Collaborate with Control Owners to harmonize internal standards.
• Explore opportunities for automated controls and ML.
• Partner with risk and control teams to improve practices.
