AIG Global Operations (Ireland) Limited is seeking a Contract Governance Lead Analyst to support governance and commercial management of strategic third-party contracts. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and Legal to ensure compliance, monitor performance, and administer commercial changes.

The role requires 3–5 years of contract management or procurement experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, vendor governance, supplier management, finance, or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of commercial contracts, SOWs, and contract lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support the administration of supplier contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and change orders.
• Maintain contract documentation and governance records; track milestones, renewals, pricing changes, and obligations.
• Assist in interpreting contract terms and escalating issues as needed.
• Review supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance with contractual terms; support change orders and commercial adjustments.
• Assist in validating pricing, resource changes, and financial impacts; identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Prepare recurring governance reports, dashboards, and executive summaries; analyze supplier performance and contract spend.
• Support budget tracking and financial reconciliations related to supplier engagements; provide ad hoc reporting.
