Job summary

This role involves maintaining dashboards, supporting renewals with brokers, and collaborating with Procurement to align coverage and requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with insurance renewal activities with the broker.
• Maintain insurance schedule and update underwriting data.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely invoicing and policy updates.
• Advise insurers of incidents and potential claims.
• Review property reports and verify coverage on master programs.
• Maintain insurance dashboard.
• Submit funding requests and process policy endorsements in software (Yardi).
