Job summary

Synergy Security Solutions is seeking a Mobile Fleet Coordinator for our Mayfield, Cork base. The role involves coordinating deployed mobile vehicles, monitoring maintenance, ensuring compliance, coordinating fleet leases, and supporting branch management.

The position is onsite, with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekend availability. Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of relevant experience, strong English communication, a full clean driving licence, and basic IT skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role.
• English communication skills (oral & written) at B2 level.
• Full clean driving licence required.
• Valid work permit/visa if applicable.
• Basic IT skills for rostering and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployed mobile vehicles and rosters.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and scheduling.
• Ensure vehicle compliance and equipment.
• Coordinate vehicle fleet leases.
• Support branch management and quality checks.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Weekend Availability)
