• Excellent customer service and a proactive approach to helping customers.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a retail/mechanic environment.

Responsibilities

• Fit car parts and carry out basic car maintenance tasks in the workshop.
• Deliver high-quality service to customers and explain options clearly.
• Share expertise with teammates and help train others as needed.
• Work on a rota that includes weekends.
